Number 29 is Yadin Nicol, a local Santa Barbarean. Really cool guy and fun to surf with... when I can surf.
The cut-off number for the mid year elite tour reshuffle is number 32, plus 2 wild cards. the reshuffle occurs after New York. Barring some crazy low ranking surfer charges, Yadin made the elite tour. Great work, Yades!
